Mircea Eliade\u2019ye g\u00f6re, bu \u00f6yk\u00fcler ger\u00e7ek ve kutsal olarak kabul edilir. Bunlar her zaman bir \u201cyarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u201d ile ilgili olup nesnelerin k\u00f6keniyle ilgili s\u0131rr\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Bu s\u0131rr\u0131 bilen nesnelere egemen olur (Eliade 2001:15-30). Mitlerin birlik ve beraberlik ruhunu besleme, inanc\u0131 peki\u015ftirme ve ahlak\u0131 koruma i\u015flevi vard\u0131r (THEEK2007:129). Tanr\u0131 veya tanr\u0131sal varl\u0131klar\u0131n eylemlerini konu almas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mitler insana \u00f6zg\u00fc her anlaml\u0131 eylemin \u00f6rnek tiplerini olu\u015fturur. Tanr\u0131lar\u0131n, tanr\u0131sal varl\u0131klar\u0131n ve atalar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapmak insanlar i\u00e7in ahlaki bir zorunluluktur (Eliade 2001:11-17). Bu ahlaki zorunluluk insanlara ortak eylem\/davran\u0131\u015f bilinci ve bi\u00e7imi y\u00fckler. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n kalbi ve ruhuna i\u015fleyen bu ortak eylem\/davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7iminden \u00f6yle bir g\u00fc\u00e7 do\u011far ki, \u00c7inli sosyolog Fei \u015eiao-tung (Fei Xiao-tong \u8d39\u5b5d\u901a) mitlerin e\u015fsiz bir manevi g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011funu, insan kalbine i\u015fleyen birle\u015ftirici rol\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck ordulardan daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken tam da bu g\u00fcce i\u015faret eder (Fei1999:160). Mitlere has bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00f6nlendirilebilir olmas\u0131 mitopolitik ve mitostratejik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, strateji teriminin s\u00f6zl\u00fck anlam\u0131, \u00f6nceden belirlenen bir amaca ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in tutulan bir yoldur (TS2005:1811). Eskiden daha \u00e7ok askeri alanda kullan\u0131lan bu terim g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde politik, ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanlarda da kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Askeri alanda \u201csiyasi iktidar\u0131n, sonuca ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in askeri kuvvetleri kullanma sanat\u0131\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlanan bu terimi bilginin g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayata uygulanmas\u0131, orijinal bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin de\u011fi\u015fen olaylara uygun bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirilmesi, en zor \u015fartlarda faaliyet sanat\u0131; \u015fans\u0131n, belirsizliklerin ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n egemen oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fcnyada de\u011fi\u015fen \u015fartlara ve durumlara devaml\u0131 uyum sa\u011flayan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlayanlar da vard\u0131r. Baz\u0131 uzmanlar strateji kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u201cStrateji = G\u00fc\u00e7 + Konsept + Hedefler\u201d \u015feklinde form\u00fclle\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir (Eslen2005:72-82; M\u00fctercimler2006: 37-39). Bu form\u00fcle g\u00f6re, strateji g\u00fcc\u00fc organize ederek belirli bir hedefe ula\u015fmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mitostrateji, mit ya da mitsel ata\/kahramanlar\u0131n politik-stratejik a\u00e7\u0131dan kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili bir terimdir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar g\u00f6steriyor ki, mit ya da mitsel ata\/kahramanlar politik ve stratejik a\u00e7\u0131dan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 vakit; a) dini-politik sistem ve uygulamalar\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmak, b) farkl\u0131 toplum ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri bir araya getirmek, c) hedef k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve toplumlar\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ben bu durumu ifade etmek i\u00e7in mitostrateji (mit + strateji) \/mythostrategy (myth + strategy) terimini \u00f6neriyorum. Bu terimi kavramsal olarak \u015f\u00f6yle tan\u0131mlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr: Mitostrateji; mit ya da mitsel ata\/kahramanlar\u0131 kullanarak farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve toplumlar\u0131 birle\u015ftirme, y\u00f6nlendirme ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme y\u00f6ntemidir. Bu y\u00f6ntem dahili olarak; 1) dini-politik sistem ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda, 2) ortak tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bilin\u00e7\/haf\u0131zan\u0131n g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde; harici olarak hedef k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve toplumlar\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirilmesi ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Mitostrateji Prof. Dr. Nadim Macit taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilip ortaya konulan teo-strateji kavram\u0131 (Macit 2016:11-12) ile yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir. Bu iki kavram belli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde birbiriyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015febilir. Ancak aralar\u0131nda bar\u0131z farklar vard\u0131r. Teo-strateji dinin politik-stratejik a\u00e7\u0131dan kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili bir terimdir. Dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel ara\u00e7lar din, din adamlar\u0131 ve dinsel kurumlard\u0131r. Mitostrateji ise mitler ya da mitsel ata\/kahramanlar etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fturulan ortak tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haf\u0131za\/belle\u011fe dayan\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrklerdeki O\u011fuz Ata ve Bozkurtla ilgili inan\u0131\u015f mitostratejinin, \u0130slam inanc\u0131 (Allah, Kur\u2019an, peygamber ve mezhepler) ise teostratejinin konusudur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-569\" src=\"https:\/\/tr.uyghuracademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/QinShi-Huangdi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"981\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tr.uyghuracademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/QinShi-Huangdi.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/tr.uyghuracademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/QinShi-Huangdi-400x245.jpg 400w, https:\/\/tr.uyghuracademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/QinShi-Huangdi-768x471.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tr.uyghuracademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/QinShi-Huangdi-1024x628.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mitostratejinin \u00c7in mitolojisinde bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rne\u011fi vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Huangdi \u9ec3\u5e1d (Sar\u0131 \u0130mparator) efsanevi imparatorlardan birisidir. \u00c7inliler kendi soylar\u0131n\u0131 bu imparatora dayand\u0131r\u0131rlar. Yani Huangdi, \u00c7inlilerin ilk atas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00c7in milli kimli\u011fi ve milli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Huangdi ejderle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00c7inliler kendilerini ejderin evlatlar\u0131 olarak da kabul ederler ve bununla b\u00fcy\u00fck onur duyarlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Huangdi\u2019nin etnik k\u00f6ken olarak \u00c7inli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Huangdi asl\u0131nda bir tarihi \u015fah\u0131st\u0131r. \u00c7in tarih kaynaklar\u0131 onun bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Gansu eyaletinin Tian-shui (\u5929\u6c34 \u201cG\u00f6ksu\u201d) b\u00f6lgesinde do\u011fdu\u011funu yazar (Fei1999:85; Chen2015: 75)1 . Gansu eyaleti eskiden Hun, T\u00fcrk ve Tibetlilerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ve faaliyet g\u00f6sterdikleri b\u00f6lgelerin birisidir. \u00c7in kaynaklara g\u00f6re, Huangdi\u2019nin Yandi \u708e\u5e1d ad\u0131nda bir karde\u015fi vard\u0131r. \u0130kisi de Shao-Dian (\u5c11\u5178)den do\u011fmu\u015ftur.2 Huangdi Ji Nehri (\u59ec\u6c34) k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in Ji (\u59ec) soyad\u0131n\u0131, Yandi Jiang Nehri (\u59dc\u6c34) k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in Jiang (\u59dc) soyad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n soyundan gelenler Huangdi grubu ve Yandi grubunu olu\u015fturmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bunlardan Huangdi grubunun totemi ejder ve g\u00f6k renkli hayvanlard\u0131r. G\u00f6k renkli hayvanlar aras\u0131nda g\u00f6k kaplumba\u011fa ve boz ay\u0131 da vard\u0131r. Yani Huangdi grubunun totemleri \u201cg\u00f6k\u201d ile ilgilidir. Yandi ise daha \u00e7ok ate\u015fle an\u0131l\u0131r. Bu grubun totemi y\u0131lan ejder (\u86c7\u9f99)dir.
