Uygur me\u015frepleri s\u00f6zl\u00fc k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden halk t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri, bilmece, f\u0131kra ve maninin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra m\u00fczik, dans, giyim-ku\u015fam, yeme-i\u00e7me, k\u00f6y seyirlik oyunlar\u0131 ve el sanatlar\u0131 gibi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel unsurlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Bu durum, \u201cUygurlar\u0131n oldu\u011fu yerde me\u015frep de vard\u0131r\u201d5 \u015feklindeki Uygur atas\u00f6z\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Uygur me\u015freplerinin tarihi olduk\u00e7a geriye gitmektedir. Nitekim bu merasimleri \u00c7in tarih\u00e7ileri de eserlerinde kaydetmi\u015ftir. 6. y\u00fczy\u0131la ait \u201cViyi Salnamesi\u201dnde ve \u201cGav\u00e7i Tezkeresi\u201dnde eski Uygurlar\u0131n \u00f6rf ve adetleri \u00fczerinde durulmu\u015ftur. Bu kaynaklarda \u201conlar, kabileleriyle at yar\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u015fark\u0131 ve halk danslar\u0131 gibi e\u011flenceler tertip ederlerdi\u201d denilmektedir. Bu merasimleri g\u00f6steren resimleri \u015einca\u00f1 \u201cMi\u00f1\u00f6y (Binev)\u201d6 kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n duvarlar\u0131nda da g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. MS. 5 ve 6. y\u00fczy\u0131la ait olan \u201cK\u0131z\u0131lmi\u00f1\u00f6y (k\u0131z\u0131lbinev)\u201din 38-110 numaral\u0131 duvar resimlerinde kad\u0131n ve<br \/>\nerkeklerin bir arada saz \u00e7alarak e\u011flence tertip ettiklerini g\u00f6steren resimler vard\u0131r. Bu tarz resimleri, Turfan Bezeklik \u201cMi\u00f1g\u00f6y\u201d 25 numaral\u0131 odas\u0131nda ve Ku\u00e7ar Kuntura \u201cMi\u00f1\u00f6y\u201d 30 nolu odas\u0131nda da g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu tarih\u00ee resimlerden b\u00f6yle e\u011flenceli toplant\u0131lar\u0131n, T\u00fcrklerin hayat\u0131nda \u00e7ok eskilere uzanan bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Uygur halk me\u015frepleri de tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015ferek, her devirde, o devrin hayat \u015fartlar\u0131na cevap verecek bir nitelik kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.7<\/p>\n<p>Divan\u00fc L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te \u201cme\u015frep\u201d ile ilgili olarak \u201cs\u00fcr\u00e7\u00fck\u201d ifadesi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r ve bu kavram \u201cgece toplant\u0131s\u0131, m\u00fcsamere\u201d anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.8 Bu konuda Divan\u00fc L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te yer alan bir di\u011fer kavram ise \u201c\u015fenbuy\u201ddur. Bu kavram da \u201cba\u015fka bir davetten sonra geceleyin gidilen i\u00e7ki ziyafeti\u201d anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r.9<\/p>\n<p>13. y\u00fczy\u0131lda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 dola\u015fan Marko Polo, seyahatnamesinde Ka\u015fgar, Yarkent, Hoten ve Kumul gibi Uygur T\u00fcrklerinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler hakk\u0131nda bilgi verirken Kumul\u2019da ya\u015fayan Uygurlar hakk\u0131nda \u015fu bilgilere yer verir: \u201cKumul\u2019un insanlar\u0131 \u00e7ok ne\u015feli insanlar do\u011frusu. G\u00fcl\u00fcp oynamas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok seviyorlar. \u00d6yle derin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye dalan ki\u015filer de\u011fil, ba\u015fl\u0131ca u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131 m\u00fczik. Zaten varsa m\u00fczik yoksa m\u00fczik. \u00c7als\u0131nlar, dans etsinler, e\u011flensinler.\u201d10 Bu bilgiler bize, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u00f6k me\u015frebinin en yo\u011fun icra edildi\u011fi Kumul\u2019da, m\u00fczik ve dans\u0131n sadece<br \/>\nbelli t\u00f6ren ve bayramlarda de\u011fil, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak da her zaman yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Uygur T\u00fcrklerinde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n okullarda e\u011fitimine b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem verilmekle birlikte me\u015frebe g\u00f6ndererek edep erk\u00e2n, kaide kural ve ahl\u00e2k\u00ee de\u011ferleri \u00f6\u011frenmesi de bir gelenektir. Me\u015frepler, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sosyalle\u015fti\u011fi ve toplumsal kurallar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi bir e\u011fitim kurumudur. \u00c7ocuklar me\u015freplerde, misafir a\u011f\u0131rlama, sofra serme, sofradaki misafirlere hizmet etmenin kaide ve kurallar\u0131, m\u00fczik aleti \u00e7alma, t\u00fcrk\u00fc s\u00f6yleme, birbirini dansa davet etme ve me\u015frep meydan\u0131n\u0131n kurallar\u0131 gibi hususlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenirler. B\u00f6ylece gelene\u011fi ya\u015fatma, b\u00fcy\u00fcklere h\u00fcrmet etme, g\u00fczel ahlakl\u0131 olma, edep<br \/>\nve hay\u00e2y\u0131 da bu me\u015freplerde \u00f6\u011frenirler. Bu nedenle Uygur T\u00fcrkleri aras\u0131nda \u201c\u00c7ocu\u011funu b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcp mektebe ver, mektepten d\u00f6n\u00fcnce me\u015frebe ver (Bala\u00f1ni mektepke ber, mekteptin alip me\u015frepke ber\u201d \u015feklindeki atas\u00f6z\u00fc me\u015fhurdur.11 Me\u015frep, halk\u0131n edep ve ahlak mektebidir. Uygurlar aras\u0131nda \u201c\u00c2lim olaca\u011f\u0131m dersen okula git, adam olaca\u011f\u0131m dersen me\u015frebe git (Alim bolay dise\u00f1 mektepke bar, adem bolay dise\u00f1 me\u015frepke bar\u201d atas\u00f6z\u00fc \u00e7ok yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. Hatta edepsiz, ahlaks\u0131z davranan ve l\u00fczumsuz konu\u015fan ki\u015filer i\u00e7in \u201cme\u015frep g\u00f6rmemi\u015f (me\u015frep k\u00f6rmigen)\u201d denilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u015frepler icra edildi\u011fi k\u00f6y, kasaba veya mahallenin birtak\u0131m sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7inde bir me\u015fveret \u00f6zelli\u011fi g\u00f6sterir. Mahallede bozuk yolun d\u00fczeltilmesi, y\u0131k\u0131lan k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn veya evin tamiri, ark ve kanallar\u0131n temizlenmesi gibi hususlar, me\u015freplerde isti\u015fare edilerek elbirli\u011fi ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ayr\u0131ca mahalledeki ya\u015fl\u0131lar, kimsesizler, yetimler ve hastalar me\u015frep y\u00f6neticisine bildirilerek o kimselere de yard\u0131m edilir.12<\/p>\n<p>Uygur T\u00fcrkleri aras\u0131nda me\u015frepler mevsimlere, d\u00fczenleyen ki\u015filere, d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fik adlar alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Ka\u015fgar\u2019daki ayn\u0131 meslekten olan ki\u015filerin kendi aralar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc me\u015freplere \u201cmevsim me\u015frepleri\u201d; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi aralar\u0131nda devam ettirdi\u011fi e\u011flencelere \u201cberavet me\u015frepleri\u201d; Kumul\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen me\u015freplere \u201ck\u00f6k me\u015frebi\u201d; \u0130li b\u00f6lgesinde sadece erkeklerin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 me\u015freplere \u201cottuz o\u011ful me\u015frebi\u201d, \u0130li halk\u0131n\u0131n kendi akranlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131\u015fl\u0131k me\u015freplere \u201c(katar) s\u0131ra me\u015frepleri\u201d ve \u0131rmak kenarlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lanlara da<br \/>\n\u201cseyle me\u015frepleri\u201d denilmektedir. Tarihi s\u00fcre\u00e7te Uygurlar aras\u0131nda tespit edilen me\u015freplerin say\u0131s\u0131 ise 120\u2019den fazlad\u0131r.13 Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bask\u0131lar ve sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015famdaki de\u011fi\u015fime ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak me\u015freplerin say\u0131s\u0131nda ve icras\u0131nda azalma oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Uygur me\u015freplerinin bir tertip ve d\u00fczeni vard\u0131r. G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 olmakla birlikte, me\u015freplerde sergilenen oyunlarda belli kurallar ve g\u00f6revliler vard\u0131r. Oyunlar\u0131n kurallar\u0131 ve me\u015frebi y\u00f6netecek ki\u015filer, oyuna kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n ortak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile belirlenir. Me\u015freplerde bir padi\u015fah veya yi\u011fitba\u015f\u0131 (tu\u011f\u00e7i beyi) ve kad\u0131 (sot\u00e7i)n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131, me\u015frepte \u015fik\u00e2yetlerin dile getirilmesi ve kad\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi s\u00f6z konusudur.14 Bu gelenek, halk\u0131n adalet ve yarg\u0131 sistemini i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran \u00f6rg\u00fctsel bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. Bu kaideler, ger\u00e7ekte oyuna kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n ahlak\u00ee y\u00f6nlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini ve onlar\u0131n sosyalle\u015fmesini ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Me\u015frebe ge\u00e7 kalma, sebepsiz ve izinsiz me\u015frebe gelmeme, me\u015frepte d\u00fcr\u00fcst davranmama, keyif etme, b\u00fcy\u00fcklere sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k, kad\u0131nlara \u015faka yapma me\u015frepte yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken davran\u0131\u015flardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r.15<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">1.\u201cK\u00f6k Me\u015frebi\u201d ve \u201cKarl\u0131k Oyunu\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uygur me\u015frepleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir yere sahip olan \u201ck\u00f6k me\u015frebi\u201d, daha \u00e7ok Kumul, Pi\u00e7an ve Turfan gibi \u015fehirlerde d\u00fczenlenmektedir. Bu me\u015frebe Kumul \u015fehrinde \u201ck\u00f6k me\u015frebi\u201d, Pi\u00e7an b\u00f6lgesinde ise eski ad\u0131 olan \u201cmelis me\u015frebi\u201d veya \u201cmaysa oyunu\u201d da denilmektedir.16 K\u00f6k me\u015frebi, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk kar\u0131 ya\u011fd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r ve Nevruz bayram\u0131na kadar devam etmektedir. Bu me\u015frep, bir taraftan mahsul\u00fcn bollu\u011fu i\u00e7inde yeni y\u0131l\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak di\u011fer taraftan da yeni y\u0131lda bol mahsul elde etmek amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.17<\/p>\n<p>Me\u015frebe verilen \u201ck\u00f6k\u201d ismi ile ilgili olarak Rahile Davut, me\u015frebe isim olan k\u00f6k kavram\u0131n\u0131 \u201catalar\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fcne\u015f, ay, y\u0131ld\u0131z gibi g\u00f6k cisimlerini i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran \u201cG\u00f6k\u201d\u00fc bir ilahi g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcp onu y\u00fcceltmi\u015flerdir. G\u00f6k\u2019\u00fc en y\u00fcce ve mukaddes Tanr\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmi\u015flerdir. K\u00f6k me\u015frebindeki k\u00f6k ifadesi de atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u201cilahi renk\u201d, \u201cmukaddes renk\u201d olarak kabul ettikleri \u201ck\u00f6k\/g\u00f6k\u201d rengini ifade etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu me\u015frebi k\u00f6k ismiyle adland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n bir nedeni b\u00fct\u00fcn tabiat\u0131n ye\u015fermesi ve canlanmas\u0131n\u0131 K\u00f6k Tanr\u0131\u2019ya ba\u011flamalar\u0131yla ili\u015fkilidir\u201d18<br \/>\ndemektedir. Uygur ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Y\u00fcs\u00fcp \u0130shak ise \u201cK\u00f6k\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u201cTanr\u0131, g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fc, renk, k\u00f6ken, nesil, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u201d gibi \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fik anlamlar ihtiva etti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek me\u015frebe isim olan kavram\u0131n \u201cG\u00f6k Tanr\u0131\u201d ile ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu beyan eder.19<\/p>\n<p>Uygur T\u00fcrkleri aras\u0131nda kar, bereket ve bolluk ifadesidir. Bu durum \u201cBu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131 kar bassa, ambar sal\u201d \u015feklindeki atas\u00f6z\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edilir. Ayr\u0131ca kar, temizlik, a\u015f (una benzetilir) ve toklu\u011fun sembol\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve inan\u0131\u015f, \u201cTarlay\u0131n karda donmas\u0131, ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 H\u00fcda\u2019n\u0131n ok\u015famas\u0131 (Y\u00e9zi\u00f1ni\u00f1 karda to\u00f1li\u011fini, b\u00e9\u015fi\u00f1ni Hudani\u00f1 o\u00f1li\u011fini)\u201d veya \u201cTarlay\u0131n karda donmas\u0131, Huda\u2019n\u0131n seni una belemesi (Y\u00e9ri\u00f1ni\u00f1 karda to\u00f1lu\u011fini, Hudani\u00f1 s\u00e9ni un\u011fa miligini)\u201d \u015feklindeki Uygur atas\u00f6zlerinde de dile getirilmi\u015ftir.20 K\u00f6k me\u015frebi bir oyunla ba\u015flar ve bu oyuna \u201ckarl\u0131k oyunu\u201d ad\u0131<br \/>\nverilir.
