Karabalgasun yaz\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n Uygur Ka\u011fanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminden kalan yaz\u0131tlar oldu\u011funda ayn\u0131 kanaattedir. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda Xi\u2019an\u2019de bulunan Kar\u0131 \u00c7or Tegin yaz\u0131t\u0131ndaki damgan\u0131n \u015eine Usu yaz\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n kuzey y\u00fcz\u00fcndeki damgayla ayn\u0131 olmas\u0131, bu yaz\u0131t\u0131n da Uygurlardan kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Hoyto-Tam\u0131r yaz\u0131tlar\u0131 da Uygur Ka\u011fanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminden kalan yaz\u0131tlar aras\u0131nda kabul edilir. Geri kalan II. Karabalgasun, Sevrey, Suci, Gurvaljiin Uul ve Arhanan yaz\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n da Uygurlardan kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde genel bir kabul bulundu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Konunun ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in bk. (Ayd\u0131n 2018: 31-32).<\/p>\n<p>Uygurlarla ilgili bu ilk kay\u0131tlardan sonra, 763 y\u0131l\u0131nda Maniheizmi devlet dini olarak kabul eden B\u00f6g\u00fc Ka\u011fan (= \u725f\u7fbd\u53ef\u6c57 Mouyu kehan) ve maiyetindeki Uygurlar, 840 y\u0131l\u0131nda, kuzeyden gelen K\u0131rg\u0131z bask\u0131n\u0131ndan sonra, \u00c7in\u2019in kuzey b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ana hatlar\u0131yla Turfan (\u5410\u9c81\u756a) ve Gansu (\u7518\u5dde) b\u00f6lgelerine yerle\u015fen Uygurlar, buradaki baz\u0131 kentlerde Budist \u00f6\u011fretiye meylederek ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. \u00c7in\u2019in kuzey ve kuzeybat\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde yer alan bu kentlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r: Qinzhou (\u79e6\u5dde), Liangzhou (\u6dbc\u5dde), Ganzhou (\u7518\u5dde), Suzhou (\u8085\u5dde), Guazhou (\u74dc\u5dde) ve Shazhou (\u6c99\u5dde) yani Dunhuang (\u6566\u714c). Bu kentlerden ba\u015fka, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Uygur b\u00f6lgesindeki Yanqi (\u7109\u8006) yani T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ad\u0131yla Kara\u015fahr\u2019\u0131 da saymak gerekir. Eski T\u00fcrk yaz\u0131tlar\u0131ndan K\u00f6l Tegin G\u00fcney 3 ile Bilge Ka\u011fan Kuzey 2-3. sat\u0131rlarda tespit edilen tokuz ersin\u2019in Kara\u015fehir\u2019i g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (Ayd\u0131n 2016: 147). Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 Uygur metinlerinde ge\u00e7en Solm\u0131 ad\u0131yla da ayn\u0131 yerin kastedildi\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Solm\u0131 ad\u0131, Maitrisimit\u2019in Kumul (Hami) yazmas\u0131nda \u00dc\u00e7 Solm\u0131 olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir (Zieme 2009: 260). ZIEME\u2019nin solm\u0131 olarak belirledi\u011fi yer, D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te s\u00fclmi bi\u00e7iminde verilmi\u015f ve Uygurlar\u0131n be\u015f kentinden biri say\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Atalay 1992 I: 113). D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk na\u015firlerince \u00e7oklukla S\u00fclmi okunan yer ad\u0131, Tahsin Banguo\u011flu taraf\u0131ndan eski Uygurca asl\u0131na uygun olarak Solm\u0131 okunmu\u015ftur (1958: 98).<\/p>\n<p>Uygurlar\u0131n \u0130slam sonras\u0131ndaki durumlar\u0131 ile \u00f6zellikle ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk devleti olarak tan\u0131nan Karahanl\u0131lar\u0131n kurucu boyunun Karluklar m\u0131 yoksa Uygurlar m\u0131 oldu\u011fu konusu tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kurucu boy olarak Karluklar\u0131 g\u00f6sterenler bulundu\u011fu gibi Uygurlar\u0131 g\u00f6steren ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar da bulunmaktad\u0131r. ERC\u0130LASUN, D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk ve Uygurlar adl\u0131 makalesinde konuya farkl\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 getirerek K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un belirledi\u011fi Uygurlar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Karahanl\u0131 tebaas\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve o d\u00f6nemde bunlara Uygur denmedi\u011fini belirtir. Bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm Uygurlar ise Ku\u00e7a kenti ve kuzeyinde yer alan Ko\u00e7o (= \u9ad8\u660c Gaochang) ve civar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan Budist Uygurlar idi. ERC\u0130LASUN\u2019a g\u00f6re, bir di\u011fer Uygurlar ise daha do\u011fuda Tangutlara t\u00e2bi olan Uygurlar idi ki K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un \u201cen az\u0131l\u0131 k\u00e2firler\u201d dedi\u011finin bunlar oldu\u011funu belirtir (2009: 9).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te Uygurlarla \u0130lgili Kay\u0131tlar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te (a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da DLT) ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en diyalektlerle ilgili ses, \u015fekil, anlam, k\u00f6ken bilgisi ve s\u00f6z varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7e\u015fitli vesilelerle yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. DLT\u2019nin Dankoff-Kelly yay\u0131m\u0131nda, herhangi diyalekte ait oldu\u011fu kaydedilen unsurlar, kay\u0131tlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 verilmemi\u015f olsa da bir dizin h\u00e2linde g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.
